WANIASSA PARK

Public BBQ

A quiet little park at Queanbeyan East with a sheltered picnic area holding two tables and a free gas barbecue, free parking that is rarely full, and good tree shade. The playground is minimal - two in-ground trampoline pads, which children do love - and there is far more to play on at Ray Morton Park directly across the road. A cafe alongside makes this an easy stop for a coffee and a stroll. There is no shade sail and no bins, and the toilets are not something to count on.
